Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

All orders over A$500 qualify for free insured shipping Australia-wide. Orders below A$500 attract a flat A$20 shipping fee.

Insured Delivery

All parcels are fully insured to the value of your order at no additional cost. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, you are fully covered.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Australia

Standard Post: 3–7 business days. Express Post: 1–3 business days (calculated at checkout). We ship via Australia Post, StarTrack, or DHL Express.

India

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days. Express: 3–5 business days. We ship via Blue Dart, DTDC, or FedEx depending on your location.

International

We ship to Australia, India, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Singapore. International delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Dream Design Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
